Waited 40 mins for my udon, they probably forgot. Food was ok but the meat was chewy as hell and they blast cheesy music. Overall meh but ok if you're willing to wait a while. I finished my coke before the food came. Also funny haha sushi names. Server was really nice though.

Ordered through DoorDash twice. First time we ordered we got it in under an hour. Food great but chefs need more practice on making rolls. Fell apart trying to pick up with chopsticks. Ordered a second time. It’s been an hour and 45 minutes since I sent in my order and still have not received it. Doesn’t matter how good your food is, if service and timing is this bad then overall restaurant is bad. Will never order from Kaiser again!

The sushi here is top notch and it was my first time but definitely not the last time eating here. The service was stellar and the staff were all very friendly. The rolls are typical with the 8 pieces per roll but some rolls had large pieces of fish on top which was fantastic! The seafood all tasted very fresh and the rolls came out quickly. Granted it was a Sunday and it wasn’t to busy when we first got there but regardless, amazing service. We tried 5 rolls and not a single one I would not order again! The Fire Dragon and Five Star rolls are absolutely delicious!!

Been coming here for a good few years now - have never had a single issue or complaint. The food is amazing and the service is quick and attentive! This last time their new server asked if we wanted more water when both of our glasses were full ... now that is the kind of service you want. 10/10

Quick stop at lunch with the family. Fair prices for the area and food good, particularly the Bento boxes. The rolls have a good amount of fish and rice. It all tasted pretty fresh. Staff were friendly, there was only a minimal wait at around 1.45pm when we arrived. Would come again!

Went for the first time to this place and had some sushi. Overall the experience was really good and the sushi was delicious! We will definitely come back!!
